When choosing a fabric for tailoring workwear, the following indicators should be taken into account:
- increased requirements for strength characteristics (resistance to abrasion, tearing, torning)
- hygiene
- air permeability and hygroscopicity
- increased protection against bad weather conditions
- resistance to UV radiation
- additional protection against pollution
- resistance to the intensive care cycles (frequent washing, drying)
- resistance to shrinkage dimensional
- stability
- presentable appearance during operation
Fabrics for overalls are selected considering the characteristics and intensity of the activity.
