Industrial Safety. Best Practices – 2021
VIII International Conference “Industrial Safety. Best Practices – 2021” took its place in Lviv from October 19 to 21.
This year's event was dedicated to leading global and Ukrainian practices in following labor protection:
- Processes digitalization in labor safety
- development of safety culture
- implementation analysis Vision Zero program
- concept and basic principles of HSE management
HSE/Health and Safety Executive, UK is non-governmental organization responsible for the promotion, regulation and verification of compliance with health and safety requirements.
Vision Zero is an international program to improve road safety and reduce road traffic deaths
European and Ukrainian speakers shared their experience and knowledge with the conference participants. The TOP speakers were:
- Morten Lindorf Nielsen, Senior Specialist at Global HSE Wind Solutions A/S
- Tim Tregenza, Representative of the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work EU-OSHA
- Helmut Enes, Chairman of the Vision Zero Steering Committee
- Kai Schulte, Head of Road Prevention Department and traffic accidents of the German Road Safety Council DVR
- Marja Ryfa Fabregat, Member of the Board of the European Network of Professional Occupational Safety Organizations ENSHPO
STG acted as an official sponsor of the conference and presented a report on the topic “The Evolution of Workwear in Ukraine”.
In total, about 140 Ukrainian representatives of enterprises and organizations took part in the conference.
