Norwegian brand Daletec has been a symbol of quality in the world of specialized textiles for over 140 years. The company offers the best flame retardant materials for industrial workwear.

Peder Jebsen founded the Dale Factory Group in 1879 in the Dale Valley. He purchased land, built power plants and created a company that was destined to become Norway's largest textile company.

Textile production in Dale merged spinning and weaving mills, hat factories, wool yarn, home textiles and bedding.

In the early 1970s, Daletec created the first dedicated FR workwear for oil and gas workers on offshore drilling rigs in the North Sea.

For the past 50 years, Dale Fabrikker, under the brand name Dale Antiflame, has been one of the leading manufacturers of flame retardant workwear fabrics. Currently, the company and its fabrics are represented by the Daletec brand, and the expression “Dale Quality” is known all over the world.

Since 2009, the main production facilities are located in Pakistan / Asia. Administration and development still remain in the Norwegian offices.

Daletec manufactures a wide range of specialized fabrics with impregnations, laminations and special coatings.

Today, Daletec textiles are the best available solutions for industry workers who require protection from intense heat radiation, flames, electric arcs and molten metal spatter.
